Market Ready-How it works

First, you complete our client and property intake form and email it to DeMas Design along with photos of the interior of your home and yard.

Once we receive your form and photos, we will schedule an on-site walk-through consultation. Together we will go through your property, room by room. We will discuss your property’s most notable aspects as well as any issues that may be problematic for a potential buyer. We will suggest changes and enhancements that would have the biggest impact on marketability. We will take into consideration how much time, effort, and investment you are willing to put into your home to get it ready to sell.
DeMas Design will follow up with a written summary of our walk-through session and suggestions and email them to you.
In some cases, DeMas Design can also help with some hands-on rearranging of furniture, light staging and styling. This can be discussed and evaluated after our walk-through consultation.
