We will provide you with a fresh perspective and a decorating design scheme that you will love. You are free to purchase from our suggested sources or from your own. It’s your budget on your time.

how it works
You start the process by completing our comprehensive intake form and describing your goals for the space, your living style, and your preferences. Upload Email the completed form to DeMas Design along with photos of the room as it currently appears, as well as. Include pictures of spaces that inspire you, if you have them, to give us an idea of what you’re looking for. You can also use share a Pinterest Board or Houzz Ideabook.
We will review your intake submission and do some preliminary research. The next step will be for us to meet in person for an on-site visit, which we will schedule after receiving your payment, intake form and photos.
During the visit, we will take measurements where needed and delve deeper into the aspects of the room that are not working for you. We’ll discuss your goals, such as the look you aim to achieve and how you want the space to function for your daily life. This will set the groundwork for us to develop creative solutions that meet your needs.
We may bring some color samples, additional images or in some cases create a moodboard to help communicate and discuss the design. We will make notes of recommended furniture and décor pieces to look for and their characteristics to watch for, such as style, color, material, size…and will create a sketch of layouts and placement where necessary. In some cases, we can do some light hands-on rearranging or sourcing from existing pieces you may have.
We will leave you with notes on the suggestions for the color scheme, materials, furnishings, and accessories from our meeting, providing you with a sense of the general aesthetic of the room along with a sketch, allowing you to source them on your budget and at your pace.
If you decide that you would prefer a more hands-on approach after the consultation and plan, we can add that at an hourly fee of $150/hr., as time permits. We can shop for the exact items you’d like to purchase, and we can help put everything in it’s place once it arrives (we can’t do installs and can’t move heavy furniture. White-glove delivery/assembly is recommended where possible).
Additional consultation time will be billed at $150/hr. Large, open-concept rooms that serve multiple functions (kitchen/den, etc.) will be treated as two individual rooms based on their function.
Travel time beyond a 20-mile radius of downtown Woodstock, VT may be subject to additional cost.
